Your booking includes 15 minutes of waiting time from hotels, houses...or 60 minutes from real flight landing time at the airport. Any additional extra waiting time will be charged 10 euros for each group of 15 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, the deposit is refundable.
In case of "Last minute" technical problems the company has the right to change the vehicle you have selected and to replace it with another vehicle without extra charge or to cancel the reservation or return the money of the booking, always in consultation with the customer.
In case of cancellation in less than 24 hours before the date of arrival or no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card.
